HEATING AND COOLING AGENTS
Recently, European manufacturers of heating agents for heating systems are increasingly focused on environmental safety. The Ukrainian-Czech JV "Velvana" has also based its business upon this idea.
In the Czech Republic for over 20 years instead of the ethylene glycol based heating agents (such as the Ukrainian “Tosol”), the environmentally friendly liquids like "FRITERM-30" are used in heating systems. The Ukrainian-Czech JV "Velvana" offers two types of heating agents "FRITERM" on the basis of propylene glycol - "FRITERM-30" for gas and electric boilers with tubular heating elements, and "FRITERM cathode" for cathode boilers of "GALAN" system.
FRITERM-30 is a non-toxic, homogeneous hygroscopic liquid of pale-yellow color based on the physiologically safe 1,2- propylene glycol or 1,2 propanediol, odorless, pale-yellow, without mechanical impurities with crystallization point temperature minus 30° C.
The agent contains additives that prevent the formation of scale on the walls of heat exchangers and additives-inhibitors that effectively protect against corrosion.
Products of FRITERM brand are not toxic and not dangerous to human health, even in the case of spillage from the heating system. FRITERM products are safe at home: the Conclusion of the state sanitary-epidemiological expertise ¹ 05.03.02-04/56982 from 24.11.2006.

The environmentally friendly anti-corrosion heating agent "FRITERM-30" is used in all types of self-contained heating systems with boilers of various designs. Neutral to rubber. It protects the heating system from scale and salts forming and has frost resistant (-30° C) properties. Service life up to 5 years.

Gliterm-20 is designed for use in self-contained heating systems. The non-flammable, environmentally friendly, containing a set of special anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives heating agent provides a safe and highly efficient operation of the heating system in a working temperature range from minus 20 degrees to plus 100 degrees. The basic substance of the heating agent is glycerol which is widely used in food and medicine that confirms its safety for human health.
